About the Artist

I am a landscape, nature and travel photographer from San Jose, California. My passion for photography started in college around 2005, when I was gifted my very first DSLR, a Canon Rebel XT. I quickly turned all my energy towards photography and I spent the next few years learning everything I could about taking photos, from portraiture and studio work, to landscape and wildlife. Since I had a graphic design background, and computers were always around when I was a kid, I naturally gravitated towards post processing and being intrigued by the tech side of things. I started teaching professionally in 2009, a humble beginning teaching the Basics of Lightroom. Since then I have traveled all over the world taking pictures and helping others to do the same.
